SIP-DECT Manager Integration allows you to manage SIP-DECT device records from the System Administration Tool by adding the SIP-DECT Manager (see SIP-DECT OM System Manual Administration Guide for more information) as a network element in the Network Elements form. SIP-DECT device records can be added, modified, or deleted on the SIP-DECT Manager through the System Administration Tool.
NOTE: Communication of SIP-DECT device data is one-way and takes place only from the MiVoice Business system to the SIP-DECT Manager, not the other way round.
The SIPDECT maintenance commands can also be used to configure and sync SIP-DECT device records from a MiVoice Business system to a SIP-DECT Manager.
All MiVoice Business systems within a cluster interact only with one SIP-DECT Manager (including a secondary server, if present).
Changes to SIP-DECT device records on the SIP-DECT Manager can be made through the Users and Services Configuration, Multiline IP Sets, and Telephone Directory forms.
If you are restoring a backed-up MiVoice Business database, ensure that you run the appropriate SIPDECT command after the database restore to sync the SIP-DECT Manager with MiVoice Business.
If you modify SIP-DECT user details from hospitality applications such as, Property Management System (PMS) and Guest Services Application (GSA), you must run the SIPDECT SYNC ALL command to sync the updates with the SIP-DECT Manager.
If you are using the Open Mobility Manager (OMM) or the Multi-Mobile-Manager's (MOM) default certificate, then you must manually extract and add the only root certificate from the default certificate to the trust store in Server Manager (Security > Web Server > Certificate Authority Trust). The default certificate contains two parts. The second part contains the root certificate. For example, in the following figure, the root certificate is highlighted by red border.

You can download the SIP-DECT default cert and cert chain zip file from the Software download center. As part of SIP-Dect 8.3 updated Cert File set is available to download.
If you are using your own enterprise certificate, then you must add the certificate to the OMP application through the OMM Certificate tab (System > Advance Settings).
